Hi!
According to Lufthansa.com, the UTC arrival times for LH686 and LH690 listed in the LHFS Pilots Group flight search machine are not correct. Neither are the enroute times.
Both flights should arrive one hour later and the flight times should be 3:45 and 3:50 respectively. The local arrival times which are listed are however, correct.
