With the onset of 2008 we have introduced a new, more extensive application process together with increased requirements. The process is more complex than before, and includes several new tools that allow us to properly evaluate applicants and pick the most suitable candidates. While we are aware that many flight simulator pilots will find our requirements high, we would like to emphasize that our Group focuses on simulation with increased realism, and is intended for advanced virtual pilots only.
